African Local Summit, Kumasi-Ghana, April 1-4, 2012

Welcome to the African Centre for Peace Building-AFCOPB a Ghana based NGO which aims at promoting sustainable peace and development in Ghana and Africa at large.

Our work focuses on peace education; conflict prevention; youth development; promotion of human rights, health, education, women empowerment and poverty alleviation.

We also support the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

The Global Educatos for All Initiative-Nigeria, Uniting for Peace-UK, Ministry of Tourism-Ghana, Musician Union of Ghana, Peace for Peace-Nepal, Metissia Arts-Gemerny, and other bodies and personalities across the globe pledges full support for the upcoming Africa Peace Festival of the African Centre for Peace Building.
